The TFD hosted a seminar for Dr. Serik Zulkaphil, the TFD’s Postdoctoral Fellow, at 14:30~16:00 on December 19, 2022. He delivered a presentation entitled ‘Opaqueness of Optimistic Digital Age: The Quest for the Presence and Role of Civil Society.’ Distinguished Professor Ming-Sho Ho, Department of Sociology, National Taiwan University, and Mr. Jason Liu, Advisor of Information Integrity, National Democratic Institute-Taiwan, were invited as the seminar’s moderator and discussant respectively.
